In celebration of the Chinese New Year 2019 Year of the Pig the Edinburgh Chinese Community School hosted the annual Chinese New Year Celebration Performance at Liberton High School on the 9th of February. This year’s celebrations showcased our community’s best and most diverse performances to date from dance and music representing the many facets that make up Chinese culture, martial arts and to the performances symbolic of the multicultural and Scottish aspects of the school.
Our food and activities stalls continue to be a hit and we hope you enjoyed them as much as we did!
In addition to our celebrations at Liberton, we have also been busy sharing our performances with the rest of the public and taking part in events and celebrations citywide!
